I tried to say to LLCF and pezz that whatever the outcome of the adventure, the US would lose.

Win the war but lose the peace. Those guys are so primary, that there were absolutely no plan for the interim period or the aftermath.

Now they think that signing a deal a day will solve the problem.

One day Bechtel gets a contract to get the sewage, electricty system to work, the other day a contract for police training. This bureaucratric way doesn't get good results.

I understand a little bit about buildng infrastructure in underdeveloped place.

Bechtel won't build anything, only will act as the main contractor and sub-contract to Koreans companies or any local subcontractor if any available, Filinos, Pakistanis and other Asians wuill do the job.
