I agree. The very same arguments were occurring in March 2002. predictions of low teens or that it was no longer effective.

the fact is, the market has gone absolutely nowhere in the past 4 weeks. It makes sense the the vix has dropped. Can it go lower? sure. But there is no doubt in my mind that the low teens are many years away.

I took a trip to the Galleria in Edina and I was able to park in front of the shop where I wanted to pick up some things. The place was empty. Generally I have to drive around for 10 minutes to find a parking place. Wonder whats up!!!!
