Yes, they do. So it comes down to what do the Chinese want? And why did they agree to come into the negotiations? They know it is not to there advantage to have a Nuke State making trouble on their border. They know from their immediate own experience that the NKs must change from their Stalinist state. They don't want us forced into attacking NK. They know we won't tolerate an invasion of Taiwan, and why should they? They and Taiwan are getting along now. Both are making a buck out of the other.

But there is what the CIA calls the "WOG" factor. You cannot figure out what nations are going to do by looking at it from your POV, or by just using reason. So we are in for some tough negotiations. Hey, that's what we pay the striped pants boys for.
