not calling an end to the bear my friend, but merely recognizing the cyclical nature of the market, economy and world. waves with waves... i do believe what we are seeing within the VIX to be representative of a bottom on a smaller scale. an end to the secular bear...not at all. a start to the first real cyclical bull in three years?... yes come on man, how many times can we go to the well?
