WUWT - disagree completely. I've seen enough stupid rules being applied. Sometimes, you have to take matters in your own hands. Don't presume that others - even so called experts - know more than you do. Ultimately, in the US at least, if it's your house, and your cat, dog, or relative, you have the right to go in and do what you have to. (Guess I sound a little right wing this morning - maybe that's my moderate side coming out today...conservatives here, please note my libertarian tendencies at times !!!) :-) Take care, t
