The operant phrase is, "a stretch." Not - as others would have it where Iraq is concerned - exclusionary, not a "litmus test," and not a qualifying issue. In my opinion, being pro-death penalty and/or anti-choice are harder to justify w/r/t libertarian principles than supporting the invasion of Iraq.
