I don't believe incest is consensual, and therefore can and should be outlawed. It can be. When people think of incest they think of stautory rape. But some people (not many I hope) have consensual sex with relatives. Do you think that sex between consenting adults who are related should be legal? (To forstall other possible issues will say they are close in age, both over 25 and both have about the same amount of wealth and power.) There is no rape but the problem is of course that their children have a greater chance of birth defects. If you think it should be illegal do you think it should just be a law on the books or do you think it should be prosecuted? (Usually sodomy laws are not prosecuted.) Other potential grey areas - Homosexual activity is illegal in many states. But my guess is that a majority in the country (and maybe even in those states) doesn't really think it should be. Age of consent - What should it be? If it is 18 then what about a 19 year old and a 17 year old having a sexual relationship? Should different laws apply for how old someone needs to be to create or be the subject of pornography then just to have sex? Prostitution - It illegal in most places but legal in parts of Nevada. Should it be illegal or legal everywhere? If the sex is legal why is selling it illegal? Porn - Generally governments have been allowed to ban obsentity not just kiddie porn. But the definition of obsenity is not very exact. Oral Sex - It is illegal in some states under the sodomy stautes. Tim

"Homosexual Activity - Confused, but legal" Puting your hard penis in another guy's butt for sexual gratification is a little more than "confused". Probably requires a frontal lobotomy to correct this (cough, cough) "NORMAL" acceptance of this alternative in (significant other) sexual partner lifestyle. The gay group in our area want to present this "alternative" in our high schools. Check with your local schools. If you think your young son should engage in this activity then that's your decision. For the young girls and what they are told... well you can figure that out for yourself.
