But only one has soldiers all over the ME. And only one has conducted itself so 90% of the people in those ME nations view them very negatively. Which is a highly unstable situation.

When I said "externalized", I mean that the cost of oil is not all paid at the gas pump. It's paid in federal taxes, in a higher federal debt, in higher insurance rates for everyone, is inefficiencies due to more security. It's not paid by Chinese, Japanese, or Germans.
