Our perception in the Arab world will be defined for decades on what happens over the next 6 months to a year......it's vitally important for stability in the ME that we get it right! As long as each tribe places zero value on human life outside their tribe, we get into these endless revenge circles. Israel is in the top two or three reasons America has 90% negative polls in every Muslim nation. Our occupation of Iraq is probably now #1. <in addition to the benefits of peace> What peace? The peace that NeoCon methods are supposed to lead to, is as illusory as the democracy they are supposed to bring. "Peace", meaning "peace on my terms", which results in no peace.
