Re: The biggest difference is that the French were never indigenous to Algeria and they had a place to go home, France.

Are you kidding?!? French settlers have been living in Algeria for 130 years! Actually, before the French took over the Algerian coast in 1830, Algeria didn't exist as a nation-state. That's why a faction of Muslim Algerians (who formed the MNA and FAAD parties in the 1950s/60s) claimed that it was the French colonization itself that, somehow, brought Algeria's natives together --against the European occupier. Unlike the kingdom of Morocco, up until 1830, the Algerian coast was merely a pirate den....

Anyway, you claim that 130 years was not enough for the Pieds-Noirs to be indigenous to Algeria --alright. But then, 230 years might likewise not be enough for the Europeans to be indigenous to... America. Who knows, Ed, perhaps it'd be wise for white Americans to pack up and go back to Europe, and for black Americans to relocate in Africa, etc.

As for "If somehow the Palestinians were militarily victorious over the Israelis where would the Jews go?"

How could a ragtag, semi-clandestine army of Palestinian guerillas equipped with AK-47s and antiquated rocket-launchers rout a nuclear garrison-state supplied by the #1 military superpower, namely, the USA?

Any Palestinian victory over Israel will be political and ideological and such a victory doesn't entail the expulsion of Jewish Israelis from the Israeli state.

Re: Know any countries willing to take in 6M plus people?

Spain's official policy is to take in about one million Argentinians over a 5-year span... Besides, last year the UN issued a report on EU demographics that showed the urgent need for Europe to bring in immigrants. Since Europeans are reluctant, to say the least, to bring in Africans, Arabs, and Muslims, five million Israelis would be a godsend! Most of them already hold a EU citizenship/passport anyway... Then again, the issue of relocating the Israelis is a moot bogey hyped up by Judeofascist spin doctors: at its Beirut summit, the Arab League committed itself to the continuation of Israel in accordance with UN resolutions....
