What's the relevance to foreign affairs, John?

Pure political tripe.

you have the right to incest

Back in the days when I would argue Libertarian positions, the "what are you going to do about the guy who?", always got down to incest or drugs.

John Derbyshire did a "rant" on guys like you today. Excerpt.

"What gets lefty juices flowing is those crazy Christian fruitcakes down in the Bible Belt, with their double-knit-clad preachers in cheap hairpieces, their reflexive patriotism, their dogged hostility to such obviously healthful and liberating practices as fornication, abortion, and homosexuality, and their obscurantism about evolution."

He goes on to point out:

"Invited to choose between a president who is (a) a patriotic family man of character and ability who believes the universe was created on a Friday afternoon in 4,004 B.C. with all biological species instantly represented, or (b) an amoral hedonist and philanderer who "loathes the military" but who believes in the evolution of species via natural selection across hundreds of millions of years, which would I choose? Are you kidding?"

And while we are on the Politics and Religion, how about this latest attempt by the Dems to try to impose a religious test on judges? They are going after James Holmes, whose record and credentials are as close to perfect as you can get, on the grounds that he is a practicing Catholic. There is no more fervent supporter of choice than me, John. But there is a clause in the constitution that they are conveniently overlooking. "no religious test shall ever be required as a qualification to any office or public trust under the United States."

If you are going to support the left or right positions though one of the Major Parties, Ya gotta take the smooth with the rough. I think my crowd is more palatable.
