A fugitive from justice, of course. <g> Ahmed Chalabi, the leader of the Iraqi National Congress, and a favorite of von Rumsfeld and Wolfie is a wanted man. Jordan has convicted him of grand larceny. Chalabi absconded with over $200 MM from the Petra Bank which he ran and then ran into the dirt. Rumor has he he escaped sentencing by having a confederate drive him out of the country in the trunk of a car. This remarkable fellow ought to be incorporated into the next iteration of this wonderful Mark Fiore cartoon:
