Without outside help most of these dictators would collapse.

Off the top of my head....we are still waiting for the collapse of Castro, Quaddafi, Assad, Kim Jong-il. Until a couple of weeks ago, Hussein would have been at the top of the list.

How long is your timeframe for collapse? It is readily apparent that these guys can last at least a decade without much outside help.

In the long run....we are all dead anyways.
