So your response is that neocolonialism works and that the US should engage in it at every opportunity. I fear for my country Canada, should we cross the line against the US on anything.

India used to be India,Pakistan, and Bangladesh. As a whole that former colony is still troubled. Of the U.S. sponsered adventures on aggression only the Indian Wars made your list. There sucess was only measured by the complete elimination of the conquered people. Just last night my son, in the midst of Texas history classes, was telling us the location of reservations for Texas tribes (none in Texas, the only two reservations here are for tribes pushed out of other states). Of interest is that the namesake indians, the tribe of Tejas, is now completely extinct.
