Now that's interesting. Do you mean eating a number of meals without carbs, then just letting loose on, say, a crusty loaf of bread? And you've still lost weight?

A friend of mine bought his wife a bread making machine. She got a recipe for making bacon bread and he'd eat a fresh loaf with butter when she made it. When he hit 350 he went on a diet. Now back to his "normal" 275.
