Hey Patsy. You don't suppose it's because the Chilian pact couldn't get 3 votes in the Senate right now in light of their stupidity over Iraq, do you? These trade treaties have to be SOLD, and nobody's buying Chile right now. In six to eighteen months, maybe. But the Chilians did it entirely to themselves. Don't think they weren't warned. You really need to stop posting on matters beyond your comprehension here. And, since no one wants to discuss jerking off, that leaves you posting nothing at all...
