I guess this is another issue, in which contortionist mental gymnastics are required by Hawks, to support their position. Logical absurdities, ignoring evidence, violating Occam's Razor, redefining words, unreasonable assumptions, asking people to prove negatives, and so on.

France hasn't stated they are certain Iraq doesn't have WMD. And you take that as proof that Iraq did have WMD.
