I like your analogy about the single engine plane with a big bomb. That's about what a person could expect with 19 guys who didn't know how to fly a plane. For a government project all it would take is a few people at the top to hand down the instructions to the average government employee who knows better than to ask questions. I'll tell you what. You pick 18 of your friends and try the same stunt in Saudi Arabia without any help beyond spending money. I'll be curious to hear how you make out and how long it takes for the locals to notice a bunch of white guys who talk funny are acting weird.
