I post nothing here re fathead in austin that she hasn't already provoked elsewhere in advance. So, like I said, and is widely known elsewhere on SI, you are clueless, but spouting on anyway.

I've had you on ignore for months now already, and you're going right back on after this post. The only person you have to thank for our little conversation here is bonnuss herself, who very kindly pointed out your response to me by, again, linking it to another forum. Otherwise I'd never have seen it, and would never even have bothered with you.

I don't care how low you think my behavior is, and I suspect nobody else does either. So spare me your moralistic posing. It's not like you're some Mother Theresa yourself or anything.

I happened to watch a couple of stock market shows on Fox News this morning, because one of my favorite chart guys, Gary Smith was on. But I thought I was going to puke after the first 2 minutes. Both shows featured flag-waving bimbos and gratuitous hyper-patriotic terms and phrases at every turn.
As a long time media person, I think I have figured out why Fox is doing so well in the ratings: They have successfully dumbed it down so hardly any viewers feel insecure. Any moron, dumb as a post, can watch Fox and feel intellectually superior. Unfortunately we do know that TV news is primarily for those folks who do not read well. Fox is simply going "over the top" with this concept, and it's working for them ratings-wise. There is no way they could be considered a credible news medium, by anyone with any education at all.

Sorry X and others. I was offline most of yesterday,
enjoying the weekend here, so did not catch "bland"
posting.
I see he disrupted the thread, but he is gone from it
now.

Not sure of the history re: the person he is posting to
here that is banned, but it doesn't matter now. He's gone
from here. I always put them on Ignore also after excluding them, because I had experiences with people continuing to post many times to me on other forums.

Since I've done that, it's amazing how much nicer SI has
become for me!

Have a good weekend - all liberals, moderates, and conservatives here that know how to behave!
