I couldnt be more proud of them.

Same here. What is a real "headshaker" is that it took 58 years to get the Air Force back to the idea that their number one job was to support the Army. They fought it and fought it. All they want to do is strategic bombing and air superiority. But those two missions have disappeared. That's the reason the Army developed the Apache Helicopter, to do close air support. But it is a bust. Just too easy to shoot down with ground fire.

The "Combined Arms" reform of the services is really paying off. Now we will see if Rummy can take it even further. We don't need the F-22 Raptor or the Joint Strike Fighter. But they will be tough to stop. What we do need is a new aircraft to replace the A-10 Warthog, which did one hell of a job.

The heavy involvement of Saddam's regime with Al Quaeda, as well as their feverish development-within their own primitive means-of WMD's, was proven BEFORE the war. Obvious evidence was uncovered even during the hectic fighting, while today's activity by the US military is, according to plan, methodically and accurately, simply assembling the great mountains of evidence that will eventually be saved in documentation that will require several trucks to transport (though it will likely, instead, be kept in archives for decades, characteristic of all massive government research)...

Thus, from a public issue standpoint, it has become a non-story, and has been, since it became evident that our troops would not have to be bombarded with these illegal weapons near the end of the fighting.

We thus find the anti-American left in their normal position of revising history that happened as late as yesterday-with one big difference: The VAST majority of the American public IS NOW AWARE of their nefarious practice.

This is the legacy of the Impeachment fix, and the massive fabrication of votes for Gore in 2000, as well as the shocking reality of 91101, and the evolvement of the public media away from their entrenched Marxist/Leninist orthodoxy. (CNN was the "bible" to the public Desert Storm, while it is exposed as a pitiful anti-American disgrace during Iraqi Freedom. This is of extreme importance, historically.)

But the best thing of all: THE ANTI-AMERICAN LEFT DOESN'T EVEN UNDERSTAND WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO THEM, AND IS SHOWING AN INABILITY TO REACT TO ANY OF IT. I suspected these eventual results during the incredible Senate Impeachment fix, and it has now come to pass. My mistake was believing that it would take most of a decade-but I did not anticipate 91101, which accelerated the already-inevitable flow of history...
