Just a thought Sun. And when i said fueled by iran, am talking about the clerics based on widely reported news stories of iranian "agents" in iraq. A united democratic iraq poses a problem for all the non-democratic states of the region, not just iran. I assume you disagree.

Many sources are reporting Iranian agents in southern Iraq, starting with Don Rumsfeld. Kenan Makiya said he could not understand why the US Army did not think to close the Iraqi-Iranian border and that it was a very bad oversight as thousands of Iranian hardliners had poured in.
