The Democrats have been deer in the headlights since they lost the Senate last year. A few speak out, but you are right on the money -- they seem to lack a coherent voice. How much of this is due to their floundering and how much due to Fox & co. do you think? Are the Dems being bullied, waiting for their punishment like France, Russia, and others are? Except for a few presidential candidate types in the Dem camp, I've been amazed at their inability to get out a message. Even those who have spoken out have been shouted down immediately.

Skeets, but Dubya and Rum Dumb have taken steps to correct the situation and brought out of retirement one of our Catskills comedians, Newt Gingrich. Newt is going to write a contract with Iraq. <g>

I always blame the Democrats for Republican victories. They are the majority party, so any time they lose, they lost it, the Republicans didn't win it.
