Based on stuff flying around Yahoo it looks like they get about 6% of the equity.

It should work out something LIKE this..

Loral 7%
Loral Pass-Thru .8
Qualcomm 9%
LMT 2%
Ericsson .5%
DASA .2%
Bondholders 26.5%

Of couse, these figures will vary depending if they calculate only the face value of the debt, or accrued interest.

Most of the Debt Held by QCOM and Loral had 5 to 7% interest rates.

While the Bonds had 10.5 to 11.5% interest rates.
