I certainly accept that it was unacceptable to the Pals. It was unacceptable to many Israelis. Yet, it was, by far, the best offer, to date. (You are referring to the "Barak Offer". There was an improved offer made at Taba after this "Barak Offer".)

In any case, please explain why these offers were not met with counter offers and were met with suicide terrorism. Do you see any benefit that Pals might have derived from this 2nd suicide intifada?
