Hmm. Well, I'm talking about IT resources. As Lizzie point out, R&D is probably a different thing altogether. But in the IT realm, there are lot's of people who are looking. I know, because I'm bombarded with good candidates continuously. I'm attached to my current team, but if they started demanding ridiculous payscales, and if refused decide to leave, then there are good alternatives out there. That's all I'm saying. This is an employers market.
