The Plan is Genocide enigma, Re: The US stood by and let all the ministries (except as noted oil) be destroyed and so there are as yet no jobs, no paychecks, no electricity, no water. It's a bloody disaster and the US and Britain had no post war plan. No, I disagree. The U.S. did not "stand by". It used the INC to help torch those ministries and destroy Iraq's cultural heritage. And we do have a post war plan. You are witnessing it now. We are beggaring the population, failing to repair the waterworks, preventing NGOs from entering the country and doing everything "we" can to obstruct the normalization of life in Iraq. This is the plan.
