I will answer the coherent part of your post. I don't believe that the US will repay itself for the costs of the war. I believe that the international community will pick up most of the costs of rebuilding Iraq if it has any moral fiber at all. Perhaps you should help with that. There is no evidence of a suggestion that US will repay itself. Do you have a credible reason for suggesting this? I know you can always find some goofy internet theory that will suggest anything. For example, see the SI thread for posters who believe US did 9/11 to itself.
