You don't like a contra opinion and you are going to say,"End of story." That was not an opinion. It is FACT that countries are not suddenly liberated from debt burdens when their governments change. Otherwise, life would be much easier for countries under heavy loads of sovereign debt. And their real interest rates would be much higher. By the way, please get over this fit of giggling. Fast.
