Actually, American citizens have so little interest in foreign travel that only a small percentage of us have passports. Now that we've whacked Iraq, and France is being boycotted, we'll become even more isolated from the world. The weakness of the dollar will also tend to keep us at home.

My business partner travels to Brazil once in a while. He says that he's never seen so many poor and destitute children in his life, how the Brazilians treat the orphans like sh*t. But I guess you can just get your police squads to mop 'em up at night. Very efficient!

P.S. We have many recent Brazilian immigrants who deliver for restaurants here. I'm glad they're here - they're looking for a better life in America, and what better country for opportunity?
