I can only add that there is a big long white stick on the weekly $TNX chart from March which has some corrective shit dribbling off of it. Bound to get another move up (bond sell-off) to go with the diggler.

Bodes well for equities.

SUNW looks like a triangle breakout that got a goose from buy stops at the 200SMA:

stockcharts.com[h,a]daclyyay[dc][pb20!b50!b200!c13!c20!c50!i!d20,2!f][vc60][iUb14!La12,26,9!Lg!Li10,10!Lh5,5!Lp14,3,3!Ll14]&pref=G

As for their equipment, my brother at IBM swears by them and does presentations showing how SUN equipment actually saves money in the longer term (it's like he was trained by Scott McNeally or something <G>), but more and more large customers are moving to cheaper Linux or Wintel servers.

I think SUNW is dead meat long term. There is no need for them in the market over the long haul, IMO.

Thanks for the thoughts, AA. I'm sure you're right that a turn will come later than I expect. And while you note that we need all sorts of breakouts/buy signals/etc. to give us a new leg down, the truth is that all those signals will take time to be dealt with NOT just go away immediately. I will be playing light all summer until/if I think I recognize the MEAT of a downmove. I hope to ride that heavily. Who knows, that downmove may not even come until after Freeplet goes back to school/Mrs. Freep back to work/Freeplet2 into college.

Nice steadfast patience on Big C, btw. And I, for one, do already hear and read a bunch about how this is a new bull, how we will retrench then go much much higher. And I also admit that the case makes more sense to me now than it did before <g>. But don't cast me in with the AAII bulls just yet!
