this is so funny....almost as soon as i had posted that message, another blue screen of death appeared... the sword is becoming like the pendulum, getting ever closer with each crash...<gg> i have had so many with this new machine, it seems to be the norm... (this is just my personal computer, my business computers are backed up on CD) but i've never tried making an image..... i read something the other day, and i realized i could not rely on "system restore" to preserve what needs preserving, so when i read your post on the imaging software, i thought i should be trying that.
