I remember Ralph Nader telling all of his Green disciples that it made no difference if George Bush or Al Gore were elected--both parties are the same. I cannot help but wonder if all those Greens who in essence helped George Bush become president still feel that there is no difference between him and Al Gore, the world's greenest democrat.

And yes I know that people who voted green were making a statement about their beliefs. My point is that if Nader had not run, it is not very likely that Greens would have voted for George Bush. So had their votes been cast for Gore, it's likely Bush would not have been appointed president by the courts. In fact, it is likely the election wouldn't have ended up in the courts. --Coz

I strongly suspect that your sister was just being nice to you in order to avoid telling you that you're a nut. That you are indeed a nut is evident from your description of the democratically elected President of your own country as illegitimate and the democratic process as;

"the coup d'etat that we are victims of and what we must do to rid ourselves of villainous parasites like George Bush."

George W is the legally elected and legitimate president of your Country. If the situation had been reversed you would be singing a different tune no doubt. Stop crying like a spoiled little kid and go make a difference in the life of someone less fortunate than yourself. You'll feel better.

Good for your sister.
!!

She brushed me off completely. Informed me that her knee hurt and that this was the most important "issue" in her life.
