I've been watching PROX out of the corner of my eye
ever since WMUX merged with them instead of STXN.

I'm a big fan of STXN both for their products and their management.

WMUX and PROX are in "hot" sectors but I have had a VERY dim view
of their management... their poor management has kept me from
investing anything in PROX and it has kept me from doing any more
in-depth investigation of the merits of their products/technologies
and sales organizations vis-a-vis their competition.

Recently, I saw some mention of management changes at PROX
so I might start to reconsider this as an investment. However, it
would take more than the departure of 1 or 2 senior execs to
change my mind about their management... and then I'd have
to see how they stack up against the competition (hot sectors
tend to draw lots of competitors).

Do you know anything about the recent management changes at PROX?
Are they extensive (or is it simply that 1 or 2 execs jumped ship)?
Are the replacements any better (and how were they selected)?
