Then why did you suggest 24hrs in your original post? "How long does sperm live in the female body anyway? 24 hrs?"

The question marks and starting the sentence with the word "How" generally shows a question, rather than an authoritative statement, my dear Sun Tzu :-) I did not exactly remember, but asked.

By the way, the 72 hours seems to be the maximum possible. while 24 hours is the normal average. Again, I refer you to "period math", which you cannot have missed out on :-)

Killer Sperm thing (which you will not be able to convince me otherwise since I have seen actual footage on TV

I am not trying to convince you of anything, but I am finding it difficult to be convinced myself, at the absence of any documentation on the subject (didn't yet look at your amazon book reviews, maybe there's some stuff there...)

By the way, I saw a very convincing documentary on French Channel 5 a while ago on how the US faked the Apollo moon landing, complete with the widow of Stanley Kubrick who explained in detail how they set up the props and how Kubrick holed up in his home for 10 years thereafter for fear of being assassinated by the US government. Completely OT of course, and I am not saying that the documentary you saw was dubious, but just to show that all we see on TV is not absolute truth...

*runs very fast* :-)

By scepticism is not only because I have never heard of this (no, I realize I am not omniscient), but a search on the internet yields no scientific results whatsoever:

kinds sperm

google.com|lang_fr|lang_tr&ie=UTF-8&newwindow=1&start=0&sa=N

research kinds sperm

google.com

The only mention of your Revenge of the Killer Sperm stuff is here:
kinds sperm killer

google.com

And there, please note the high number of links on sperm whales, and the absence of scientific sources claiming different kinds of sperm, one of which is "killer sperm".

Anyway, as I said, I am interested. If you have any scientific sources discussing these kinds of sperm, let me know...
