OT ~ Thanks... for all your help as well as the good sentiment. it took me a very long time, over a year, before I could do the headstand. I am in my fourth month. And I must admit I asked the instructor to stand behind me because I was sure I would fall back and snap my neck :-) Last night was the third night in a row that I went to a yoga class and I honestly thought I was going to die while doing some variation on the down dog, with one leg stretched up above, when my upper arms turned to stone :-) I think it is becoming an addiction... Tomorrow morning at 9 AM!
