First, you don't know that it's a lie. I gave an opinion, just as you did with "They will probably clear him of other allegations as well." You have no basis for that other than wishful thinking. Secondly, as to what scams he perpetrated on others, he plead guilty to insurance fraud. Or, is his own admission of guilt not good enough for you? And, why did he need to exchange testimony for immunity in the stock promotion kickback case if he was guiltless?

So, he has a proven willingness to violate the law, and now he is once again charged with fraud, not to mention racketeering, extortion and obstruction of justice. And, you think he will be cleared. Who is desperate?

I'll give you one thing: You are charitable with your trust, misplaced though it is.
