Sujay is an old and close friend. He was a grad student in Tuebingen at Max Planck, Immunogenetics, when I arrived as a postdoc. We were setting up the lab, as Herr Direktor was moving from Dallas, and all participants were collecting in what was then West Germany. Sujay's wife, Gita, didn't speak English, and didn't have a heavy jacket. My girlfriend had an extra, or managed to have an extra, and good friendships were launched.

Gita subsequently got her Ph.D. from (??) University College London and assumed a management slot at a major S.D. biotech.

Sujay has built Imgenex from his very own effort and $$$, from the first buck spent. I know that he's also looking to attract VC, to go beyond reagents (hint, hint!! any VCs with tons of bucks sitting out there?).
