Discussion and file folder for RNAi stuff. I know of only one company that is a public, pure play, and will attach an unmanaged portfolio. That company is RNAI, the revamped RZYM. Another player is QGENF, but it is hardly pure. Private companies include suppliers Imgenex, Ambion, Novagen, and Dharmacon, as well as therapeutic competitor to RNAI, Anlynam. 2010 Update: more public companies are around: a few are mentioned on SI but don't have threads: Silence Therapeutics (SLN.L), Tekmira (TKM.TO), RXi (RXII), Rosetta Genomics (ROSG) (more of a diagnostics play, I thought), Benitec (BLT.AX), & Targeted Genetics (TGEN). Some of the foreign companies have American listings on the pink sheets, but I doubt they trade much, so caveat emptor. Here are some important general articles relating to siRNA and delivery issues. All are free and full text!
