Love it when I get someone with a sense of humor rather than the usual snarls.

As for the Saudi business, I haven't a serious clue. My simple off the top of the head response is that it's (a) a part of the get the infidels out strategy, (b) in Saudi Arabia because there are a good many Al Q types there and I would expect that the populace is at least as friendly to them there as in northwestern Pakistan, (c) Al Q is looking for ways to reestablish its reputation, and (d) sometime, who knows when, we are likely to begin to see some of the forecast anger over the Bush invasion of Iraq.

But all of that is just suspicions at the moment.
