There are alot of rich high school teachers running around then, I suppose.

My "ex" is one in Calif, and did very well by it when she retired. A man and wife School teacher combo can do very well. They don't think so, of course.

For just the reason you stated, Derek, is the reason that NO ONE can tie a Democrat down who is spouting "the rich get the tax breaks".......They simply won't admit that over $70,000 is considered rich.

Heard on the radio tonight that a couple making $40,000 with 2 kids, with Bush's plan, would get a $1,000 TAX CUT!!! One would think that more people need to actually look at the numbers and see what is going on.

Of course, any Democrat who is saying "the rich get the breaks" is one who won't break down the numbers. The ones I've heard have said..."It's complicated...and it depends on a variety of things..."

Go figure.
