Iso,
I mostly day trade. A matter of character I guess.
I found out that my 1-3 months calls have very good success rate but could not bring myself to hold positions that long. Maybe I shouldn't be that close to the screens.

Edit: Gold is the exeption, I held it almost a year from the 270s to the 340s, but this is a market I didn't trade before and had no tools for ST TA on it.
