"Old Stuff" means supplies and upkeep on existing product in production. I think it is a significant part of their revenue. Things wear out...

I remember being surprised to see AMAT at $12.50... so the low price, on a relative basis, might still be a great bargain as most individuals are still out of the market except for a few die hards like us that understand what the future really means.

According to the firm, co offers outstanding leverage as the net margin peak in the current cycle is likely to surpass the last by 400 basis points (16% versus 12%). Also, based on their models, the firm forecasts Lam to drive 44.7% of incremental revenues over the next three quarters to net income versus 38.6% for KLA-Tencor, 30% for Applied Materials, and 27% for Novellus.
