yeah, this is true<g> And the head of US CDC already jumped on China and called the law is "extreme".

Sometimes it is really hard, the Chinese gov. damned does, and damned doesn't. And I read there is a family in ChangChun City of JiLin Province, the old lady was first suspected for SARS, and the local gov. tried to pursued her to transfer to a specialized hospital for infectious disease, but her three daughters refused. So later, the old lady dead, but ended up infecting more than a dozen people, including 6-7 people in her own family, and three of her family members were dead later, including two of her daughters.

I am surprised that no western countries jumped out yet to attack China for human right violation in SARS war yet<g>.
