Germany is 'la patrie de la pensee', it is from there that many important ideas on how society could be reformed came from:

The reform of Martin Luther

The Marxism of old Karl

just to cite two important ones.

It appears they haven't forgot the trade.

"rigidly organized minorities enforce their interests - legitimate or not - against the objective interests of the unorganized majority. The unorganized majority can not easily state its will. Minorities took over those opinion leadership."

Exactly what happened with Brazil and Argentina. A small clique defended their narrows interests with nail and claw and shout above everyone else.

They hijacked the state and perpetuate in power by state-distributivism which is how they buy votes.

A defenestration -throwing a couple of reluctant through the windows like the Czechs did- also could help.
