You mentioned Dimensional Fund Advisors as a possible owner. This is an interesting group. People might not realize that this fund is a little out of the ordinary being an institutional fund that trades at low cost and by formula. Wachovia Bank owns a big chunk (more than 600k) of the new shares as well. Major automotive suppliers - such as Continental AG of Germany (which apart from tires do operate in this segment also) might have an interest - even at much higher prices... <g> Automotive textiles are a very cashflow stable biz with good margins - one of the best for textile manufacturers (GM > 20% are possible in this niche)
