Skeeter, I've already said it doesn't matter.

I think this is a tax code revision, and it 's not going to affect the economy either way. Most of it is back-loaded to future years. At least the marriage penalty will be taken away.

I didn't htink we were talking social policy. I know a good number of people whi are self-made millioanires. Some of them never went to college.

Next time you drive by a grungy machine shop, or a produce terminal with recent immigrants on the docks, ask yourself if the owner is spending all his or her money on rolex watches and Mercedes Benz's. ha!

If you think it would be great to tax them out of existence, think again.

If you want to know what real recycling is, i can show you any day of the week. It's aluminim and copper and other metals it ain't pretty. it isn't white collar inherited. But it is busy. Really busy. And it sure is profitable.
