Greetings cow, I did the manual uninstall as outlined by Symantec and got NSW 2003 working fine. My remaining problem is with an error message I get when opening Outlook and my not being able to find WinFax. It seems that this is a problem that Symantec is aware of (re: message 34415). As Raptech mentioned ‘support was not very helpful, as all they seem to do is provide tech bulletins.”

I spent a lot of time at their web site and couldn’t find any way to talk to someone without entering a credit card number. There wasn’t even a way to send an email for technical support. I hope this is not indicative of where the software business going.
