Wow, I'm always amazed at just how common promotion of stocks is. And it doesn't always stop at the penny stocks. Any stock with enough volatility will do. It also helps if the stock is largely owned by people who frequent message boards. It's all about getting someone else to pay more for your shares than they otherwise would, in otherwords, screw thy neighbor. Where is the benefit in that? I think it's time for some much needed updating of the 1934 SEC act. Bux
