Hpq's share of all segments of the enterprise is falling both in unit sales and dollar value, both in absolute and relative to industry terms.

Dell is gaining in both. Should this be the time that HPQ has its biggest advantage? Dell seems to understand Industry standard computing far better than HPQ. The only explanation of this is that hpq still is dragging its mind set while Dell has fully embraced the future with young fresh ideas, WITHOUT having participated in the resolution of the issues of IA64 and the compatibility of surrounding infrastructure.

In English, it looks like Dell is eating HPs lunch in the fat part of the server market, NOW.
