Jim, I already own some futures in the metals...You know me, I get in early or I don't play...

I still disagree with the improving economic scenario...
Lower federal taxes will be offset at the very least by higher state taxes.

Business is bad everywhere, the US is one or two terrorist events from falling off the cliff, economic wise.
When big butt soccer moms driving their giant gas hogging 4 wheel drives become afraid to take the kids to the mall, it is all over...

A terror event here on US soil may or may not happen again, but it pays to have insurance.
(gold holdings of some sort, maybe some Sept-Dec index puts, maybe some selective puts in the retail arena with the same time frame, maybe some euro & swissy contracts, and of course, at least a dozen of my "junque" rat stocks.
Latest winner was VRA, it did a 500% turn yesterday...)

That is true alchemy, turning dross in 99.999 pure gold..

One other thing, a very important thing.
If you look at the market index averages, they are about the same (or lower) than they were last year at this time.

So, the best we will see is sideways movement, but good traders like us will make our money either way, either side..

If PFE does not break it's day low today at 30.8, it has bounced off its 200 DMA 3 times in less than one month. Strong support?
